How do I be charged for using the program?

The program is offered on a subscription basis, and the website has information about the Resume subscription plan. Payments made for these subscription-based services are non-refundable.

What are the Program’s cancellation policies?

 Your subscription is terminated based on the way you opt in to the package, and Jobfill provides a simple and flexible way to do so. Each subscription comes with a set amount of contacts per month and allows a user to contact Job Seekers in our database. You cannot remove contacts that you have previously used; once you have asked Indeed to get in touch with a Resume Owner, you cannot take that request back.

You will remain able to use the service until the end of your current billing cycle after canceling your subscription. Refunds (if any) are at the absolute discretion of Indeed and only in the form of credit for Indeed services. If you buy a subscription plan, you will continue to be charged until you cancel it and the cancellation takes effect, which might not happen until the following billing cycle. The terms agreed upon will determine the applicable billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.).
